An ultralight is like a glider with a motor.. well, not all, but most are. There are many types of ultralight planes. When you visit the Angeles Flying Club in Pampanga, you’ll see a good variety of them. This one below is called the “flying monobloc”, simply because it’s like a plastic(monobloc) chair with wings.

The 15th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010 (PIHABF) will again be hosted by Clark Air Base, Pampanga, Philippines.  The event will be held on February 11-14.
